Ticketing

A renewal period for guests who purchased Full Week VIP tickets to last year’s event begins Wednesday, August 25, 2026. All ticket offerings will be available to the general public starting Tuesday, September 8.

Tickets can be purchased online at santaanitaequestrian.com/tickets or by calling the Santa Anita Box Office at (754) 777-0374, 9am–6pm, 7 days a week, excluding national holidays. All sales are final.

All tickets are digital and viewable on your phone. You can view and manage them by logging into your account at santaanitaequestrian.com/myaccount. We recommend adding them to Apple Wallet or Google Pay for easy access on event day. All sales are final.

No, tickets will not include a PDF printout option.

Digital tickets offer quick, easy entry via smartphone and reduce the risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit, or forgotten tickets.

Yes — you can swipe left and right through all your available tickets once they’re active in your account.

Staff will be available on site to assist with mobile ticketing. A dedicated team will be stationed at every entrance to help ticket holders enter quickly and can direct you to the nearest ticket office. Please have a valid ID matching the name on your ticket.

You can access your tickets directly through your smartphone’s browser — no app download required.

No refunds are offered. To exchange a ticket, please call the Box Office at (754) 777-0374. All sales are final.

Children 3 years of age and younger enter free with a paying adult ticket (limit one child per adult ticket).

Arrival & Entry

Venue gates open 45 minutes prior to the start of competition each day. VIP Hospitality begins 30 minutes prior to the start of competition each day.

Self-parking is available at the event.

Rideshare pick-up and drop-off is located just south of the East Admission Gate.

All guests are subject to a courteous screening upon entry by Security, which may on occasion include a pat-down. All bags and vehicles are subject to inspection upon entry. Guests who refuse to be screened, patted down, or have bags/vehicles inspected will not be admitted. Presenting a ticket or credential to Security constitutes consent to such inspections. Alcohol, weapons, or any items deemed dangerous by Security will be confiscated; illegal items will be turned over to law enforcement and may result in arrest and prosecution.

Security reserves the right to inspect all bags entering the venue.

Yes, personal umbrellas are allowed. Beach umbrellas, tents, easy-ups, and pop-ups are not permitted.

Food is inclusive for all seated guests in the VIP pavilion. For general admission guests, concessions will be available in the infield throughout each day.

Guest Conduct

All guests should conduct themselves appropriately and courteously at all times. Guests exhibiting unruly, disruptive, or illegal behavior; intoxication or impairment leading to irresponsible behavior; foul or abusive language or obscene gestures; interference with any equestrian competition; failure to follow instructions from law enforcement, security, or staff; harassment of others; obstructing others’ views; or discriminatory or offensive language or gestures are subject to ejection from Santa Anita Park.

Equestrian chic is encouraged. Guest attire should not have abusive, offensive, obscene, or inappropriate messages or images on it, as determined by Santa Anita Park in its sole discretion.

Guests who violate the code of conduct and event policies are subject to ejection without refund or compensation. Guests whose conduct is found egregious or unlawful may be subject to a ban from Santa Anita Park.

Guests showing signs of impairment from drugs and/or alcohol may be denied entry. Guests carrying prohibited items will be denied entry and must return those items to their vehicle. Santa Anita Park reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny entry.

No outside food or beverages are permitted. A valid government-issued ID is required for alcohol purchase. Alcohol sales may be curtailed or prohibited at the discretion of Santa Anita Park, and service may be denied to any guest showing signs of intoxication or impairment. Guests are advised to drink responsibly.

Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas on property and is prohibited in all indoor areas. This policy also applies to smokeless and electronic (e-cigarette/vaping) products.

Noisemakers and musical instruments are prohibited, including air horns, vuvuzelas, and any type of whistle.

The use of drones, unmanned aircraft systems, and radio-controlled model aircraft on or near Santa Anita Park property, including parking lots, is expressly prohibited.

Video cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, audio recording devices, and professional cameras (including those with telephoto or zoom lenses) are not permitted.

Computers or tablets are permitted but may be subject to inspection by Security.

Binoculars are permitted. Cases are subject to search by Security.

The event runs rain or shine.

Free Wi-Fi is available to guests throughout the facility under the network "Santa Anita Park Free Wi-Fi."

Prohibited items include: banners and signs; aerosol cans, mace, or pepper spray; drugs and illegal substances; weapons of any kind (including knives and firearms) and any item deemed dangerous; glass containers and cans; grills; tents or canopies; ladders, scaffolding, or other raised devices; bulky or oversized bags/backpacks; folding or non-folding furniture; hand carts or wheeled carts; thermoses, coolers, and ice chests; balloons, balls, frisbees, laser pointers, or glow sticks; fireworks, strobe lights, flares, explosives, ammunition, or incendiary devices; selfie sticks; and any other item deemed inappropriate by Santa Anita Park/Santa Anita Show Jumping.

Wearing a protective mask is a personal choice, at the discretion of guests and staff.

Merchandise will be available for purchase at the Official Merchandise tent located on the infield.

ADA / Accessibility

Accessible parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis in all parking lots for guests with a valid disabled placard. Call +1 (626) 574-7223 if you’re parked far away and need assistance getting to the event.

ADA accessible seating is available for guests as needed. Call the Santa Anita Box Office at (754) 777-0374 for information on purchasing accessible seating.

Courtesy shuttles are available for guests with limited mobility from the Paddock area to the infield. Wheelchair escorts are available from entrance gates to seating locations and back — request one through the nearest Santa Anita Show Jumping staff member or the Guest Services Information Desk.

Service animals for guests with disabilities are permitted. All other animals, including pets and emotional support animals, are allowed at Santa Anita Show Jumping on leash only, and are not permitted in the VIP area.

Elevators are available in the VIP Hospitality area.

Accessible restrooms are available in all event areas.

Guests with questions or concerns should visit the Guest Services Information Desk located on the [LOCATION].

Emergency Services

If immediate assistance is required, notify the nearest event staff member, security personnel, or police officer, or call +1 (626) 574-7223. In a serious emergency, event staff, security, and police are ready to assist all guests, including guests with disabilities. Emergency and evacuation information will be shared over the public address system and on video boards.

First aid is located at [LOCATION]. Guests needing medical assistance should notify Security Personnel; roving medical personnel are also available throughout the facility.

When lightning is detected in close proximity to Santa Anita Park, the public address system will inform guests where to seek shelter. The event will be suspended if there is a known imminent threat.
