lauren@remarqinc.comA Media credential is available to photographers on assignment for a recognized and approved media outlet or corporate sponsor. It grants permission to shoot photos for use by that outlet or sponsor only, and does not allow the sale or any other use of photos taken at the events. Either a Freelance Photographer Pass or Media Credential is required for every media individual entering the show grounds.
Any infraction of this policy will result in the revoking of the Media or Freelance Photographer credential, forfeiture of the Freelance Photographer fee, expulsion from the grounds, and possible legal action.
If more than one Media Individual is on-site representing one business at any point during the horse show, each individual must purchase a pass. No individual will be allowed on the grounds without a valid pass.
Credentialed Freelance Photographers and media must wear their credentials at all times while on Tournament property. Credentials are non-transferable.
Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email with instructions for credential procurement and on-site directions.
